Stock and Custom Orders

Unless specifically stated all orders are custom made to order. Stock items are surrounded by a green box. Check the "SHOW IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY" box on the moulding home page to view only items that have available stock. In stock items may be limited to specific lengths and/or wood grain patterns.

Shipping Policy / Lead Times

Flexible Moulding orders shipping within the continental US will be shipped UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Some accessories may be shipped USPS priority mail. Most orders ship in 7~10 days, "in-stock" orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders are shipped from the closest manufacturnig plant capable of filling the order. Plants are located in North Carolina and Utah. Accessories (glue, filler, etc) are shipped from California. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 business days from date of shipment depending on your location. Larger orders may take slightly longer. Check your order status for the estimated ship date.

International orders

Shipping outside the US is made on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Warranties and Returns

All products sold by Trimster.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. In the unlikely event you feel you have a defective product; please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Feel free to contact us by email if you require assistance. If the warranty involves shipping to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.

Trimster.com does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are through the manufacturer. Trimster.com expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.

We accept returns for "in-stock" items within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a valid RMA. Sorry, but custom ordered items may not be canceled or returned.

ZzzFlex life time limited warranty

The manufacturer warrants that for the “lifetime” ownership, the ZzzFlex moulding is free from defects in material and workmanship. “Lifetime” means as long as the original purchaser owns the structure to which the ZzzFlex moulding has been properly attached. The manufacturer will repair or replace at its option any moulding that has failed as a result of defective material and workmanship. This remedy is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy for breach of warranty hereunder.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
At no time will the manufacturer or its agents be liable for more than the original purchase price of the moulding, nor will the manufacturer or its agents. be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, loss of profits, loss of savings or revenue, loss of use, the claims of third parties and injury to property. Some states do not allow limits on warranties or on remedies for breach in certain transactions. In such states, the limits in this paragraph and the preceding paragraph may not apply.

It shall remain the responsibility of the customer to insure that the moulding purchased is designed for their particular installation.

 

Returns

For proper tracking on all returns to Trimster.com, an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number is required and must be displayed on the outside of the box(s), prefaced by the letters "RMA". Contact Trimster.com to attain an RMA number. Any product returned without an RMA number visible on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Also, any product received damaged due to improper packaging will be returned to the shipper. Defective product will be replaced at the discretion of Trimster.com. "Custom order" products are not returnable. Non-defective "In-Stock" items may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Returned non-defective items are subject to a 30% re-stocking charge. Any credits issued will be applied to the original purchasers account. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Note: RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from date of issue.

All returns must be sent via UPS or Federal Express. We suggest you insure your returns. Trimster.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Product Information

Pictures on the site are representations of the products sold and may not exactly match what you receive. Moulding pictures are not to scale unless specifically stated. Moulding sizes may vary by up to 1/8" from the size specified.

Products, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product substitutions may be necessary for discontinued or out of stock items. The substitutions would be of equal or greater value to the item ordered and of equal quality, size/style and functionality.
